IECEx/ATEX Exd/db/tb Zone 1 DPDT/DPCO Proximity Switch - FS-C-D Series

With its compact design and reliable signal detection, the FS-C-D Series Proximity Switches (M18 Thread) are ideal for applications that require reliable signal detection at Ex db IIC T6 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db levels. At distances of up to 2.3mm (0.09"), it detects ferrous materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel (17/4 or 400 series) using advanced magnetic sensing technology.

A standout feature is its volt-free DPCO/DPDT (Double Pole Changeover/Double Pole Double Throw, 2x Form C) contacts, provided as standard. These contacts enhance the switch's flexibility, enabling it to control multiple circuits and perform changeover functions in complex applications seamlessly.

FS-C-D proximity switches meet the stringent requirements of IEC 61508:2010, specifically Routes 1H and 1S, achieving a Systematic Capability (SC3) classification.
