Proximity Switch Certified for EAC & TRCU Ex d/db/tb Groups IIC / IIIC T3 / T4 / T6 Rated for use in Gas & Dust Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22
This is a high temperature Proximity Switch has a 316L Stainless Steel Cylindrical housing with SPCO / SPDT (Form C) , volt free Palladium-Silver contacts. It has a maximum switching current of 4A and can be used for switching multiple voltages in AC or DC. These switches are able to sense ferrous material, such as carbon steel or stainless steel (17/4 or 400 series), through the end face at up to 2.5mm|0.10" and are reliable through millions of operations. Optional magnetic targets can be used to further increase sensing range. This is a high temperature Proximity Switch specifically designed for use in applications with elevated temperatures up to 204°C (400°F)*, this switch is proven to withstand it all. Suitable for use in the design of safety functions up to SIL2 or SIL3. Using the latest production methods and materials this product meets global certification requirements and its robust design makes it suitable for use in arduous and hazardous environments. Euroswitch products are also available with multi-approvals including combinations of the following global and regional certification standards; ATEX / IECEx Ex d (Ex db); Ex ia; UL & CSA Cl I Div 1 & 2 and Cl II Div 1 & 2; EAC / TRCU; INMETRO; KCs; CCOE / PESO; ECAS Ex, and NEPSI/CCC Ex.
Diese Näherungsschalter erfüllen die Anforderungen der IEC 61508:2010 Routes 1H & 1S mit Systematic Capability (SC3) als Element/Subsystem, das für den Einsatz in sicherheitsbezogenen Systemen geeignet ist, die Sicherheitsfunktionen bis einschließlich SIL 2 mit HFT=0 (1oo1) und SIL 3 mit HFT =1 (1oo2) ausführen.
