FS-L Series overview
FS-L Series Proximity Switches (5/8" UNF Thread) are globally certified and are perfect for applications such as metro, EAC, PESO, CCC, KC, TS Mark that require reliable signal performance. With IECEx certification and compliance with international standards, it ensures suitability for use in hazardous environments worldwide.
The FS-L Series utilises proven magnetic technology to detect ferrous materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel (17/4 or 400 series), at distances of up to 2.5mm (0.1"). As standard, it offers volt-free SPCO/SPDT (Form C) contacts.
For compact installations, the FS-L series is available with side-exiting leads to minimise the switch's overall length.

Certified to IEC 61508:2010 (Routes 1H & 1S), the FS-L series delivers Systematic Capability (SC3) as an element/subsystem. It is engineered to integrate with safety-related systems, delivering safety functionality up to and including SIL 2 with HFT=0 (1oo1) and SIL 3 with HFT=1 (1oo2). Due to its robust design and globally recognized certifications, the FS-L series ensures exceptional reliability and compliance.
