Level Sensors - Intrinsically Safe - ATEX/IECEx/UKEx Ex ia IIC / IIIC / T4 / T6

This Level Sensor has a 316L Stainless Steel housing with DPCO / DPDT (2x Form C), volt free Silver Alloy contacts. It has a maximum switching current of 4A and can be used for switching multiple voltages in AC or DC. Utilising proven dry contact switch technology allows them to be used across a wide temperature range whilst providing output signals suitable for PLC monitoring and/or driving beacons or sounders where the 24A in-rush capability ensures that the sensor can safely handle any start-up current surge.

The LS-A Series Level Sensor is an ultra-compact instrument which is engineered from 316 stainless steel including all wetted parts. Designed to monitor the level in tanks through a 1" to 2 1/2" NPT or BSPT threaded port, it is available certified to all global protection standards for use in Hazardous Areas. Supplied with an1 - 1/4" BSPT adaptor bush, ready for installation into any suitable tank.

LS Series are fully compatible with our battery powered Euroswitch Wireless Technology to enable transmission of condition monitoring and alarm signals in mesh networks and via IoT protocols such as SigFox in all applications including hazardous and explosion-proof environments.
