A mechanical plunger limit switch designed to detect the presence of a target through contact with the sensing end. In presence of the target, the plunger assembly magnetically activates the mechanical switch which is housed within a completely sealed chamber. The switch has volt free, silver-palladium contacts, and capable of switching AC or DC voltages up to 240V, and is reliable through millions of operations.
